How do I order custom beats & mixing?

- Once your submission is received, your project will be reviewed within 24 hours. You will then receive a quote, estimated turnaround time, and payment instructions before work begins.
The more detailed your submission is, the better we can create a production that matches your vision.

Please ensure all files are properly labeled and exported without clipping or distortion whenever possible.
When will I get my order?
Delivery times depend on the complexity of the project, current booking volume, and revision requests. Most mixing projects are delivered within 1–5 business days, while custom production services are generally completed within 3–14 business days.
Quality is our priority, and every project receives the time and attention necessary to meet professional standards. Once your order is accepted, you'll be provided with an estimated delivery timeline and progress updates when applicable.

Are purchases made final?
Yes. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final once a purchase has been completed and files, licenses, or services have been delivered.
Because digital products cannot be returned, copied, or revoked after delivery, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for beat licenses, digital downloads, custom work, mixing, mastering, or other services.
